Return and Refund Policy

 

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it

  • Item must be in its original packaging with all seals and labels intact

  • Return must be initiated within 14 days of delivery

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Note: Due to hygiene and safety concerns, we cannot accept returns of used or opened cosmetics unless the product is defective or incorrect.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Opened or used cosmetic products

  • Items marked as "Final Sale"

  • Gift cards

  • Promotional items received for free

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item(s) and packaging

  • A description of the issue

We will promptly resolve the issue by offering a replacement or refund.

4. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please email us with:

  • Your full name and order number

  • The reason for the return

  • Photos if applicable

Once your return is approved, we will provide you with return instructions and a return shipping address.

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or sent in error.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments.

6. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

7. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you want to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund:

  1. Check your bank or credit card statement again

  2. Contact your payment provider—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted

  3. If you still have not received your refund, feel free to contact us
